Organization of one day program and Youth to Youth Connect Orientation

Bureau of Indian Standards, Faridabad Branch Office organized a Day long program and Youth to Youth Connect orientation for Govt polytechnic college, Dhamlawas, Rewari on 05-10-2023. The program was inaugurated by Dr. Ravin Ahuja (Principal). The program was effectively promoted through Nukkad Natak before the event. Mr. Udit Agrawal, Assistant Director, Bureau of Indian Standards provided informative sessions on BIS activities such as standardization, product certification, mandatory products, Hallmarking, and the CRS scheme. A detailed explanation of the Quality Connect program was provided, breaking down the steps involved. Additionally, a live demonstration of the Quality Connect app was given to illustrate its functionality. Program concluded by an engaging Quiz Competition based on standardization & Quality with enthusiastic student participation, followed by prize distribution.
